Currie Country Social Change is a matriarch-led, sovereign First Nations organisation advancing environmental, cultural, and economic justice through Country-led leadership. We are guided by ancestral law, grounded in First Nations science, and driven by the wisdom of women and communities who carry intergenerational knowledge.

Our mission is to restore balance—between people, Country, and systems—by centering Indigenous worldviews in climate solutions, governance, and sustainable development.
Through an anti-hierarchical, culturally-centered approach, we empower communities to reclaim their narratives, assert sovereignty, and lead transformative change—locally, regionally, and globally.

We exist to forge strong partnerships with those who value equity, truth-telling, and deep listening—inviting allies, institutions, and sovereign leaders to walk with us in building a just, life-affirming future for all.
