We believe that lasting climate solutions arise when people are supported to lead within their systems and communities. When changemakers are equipped with systems leadership skills — such as deep listening, working across difference, holding multiple truths, and mapping leverage points — they can become catalysts of transformation. This program provides the space, tools, and relationships for that leadership to emerge and ripple out.
