At Seed Northern Rivers, we know that regenerating our region takes more than individual brilliance — it takes connected, courageous leadership across communities, sectors, and movements. That’s why we’re developing the Changemaker Collective: a dedicated network of place-based, systems-aware leaders who can meet the complexity of our times with creativity, care, and collaboration.

Growing Systems Leaders for a Regenerative Future
The Systems Leadership Program is currently being co-designed with an incredible team of collaborators:
- Liz Skelton, founder of Collaboration for Impact and one of Australia’s leading systems change practitioners
- Sandi Middleton, former Director of the Centre for Sustainable Leadership
- Kate Walsh, Strategist and previous Engagement Director at Women’s Environmental Leadership Australia (WELA)
- Simon Jankelson, an experienced facilitator, co-design practitioner, and partnerships coordinator
🌱 Northern Rivers Changemaker Survey
We’re currently in the collaborative design phase for the Northern Rivers Changemaker Hub. We're engaging with changemakers across the region to shape a place-based support system grounded in lived experience, community wisdom, and regenerative leadership. You can contribute by taking our short survey or participating in upcoming co-design workshops.
